I received many requests for this info, but only one answer to my question!
I can't track all these groups, so follow-ups are directed back to me again.

Here are the instructions for subscribing to the CD-ROM mailing list,
as kindly provided by Alan Brushaber (alb%bass@aaaca1.SINet.SLB.COM):
