I've seen remarks about the PC 370 cross assembler by Donald Higgins on the
list recently.  Here is some more current information.  If rumor has it right,
the last shareware release is version 4.2.  I've read remarks that the
package was bought out by Micro Focus.  Version 4.2 is in the PCSIG archives
on disks 402, 859, and 1352.
