The man pages for the AT&T C++ 2.0 task library direct the reader to
articles in: AT&T C++ Language System Release 2.0, Library Manual.  Is
this a manual that comes with the release?  I have access through a
university site license and have not seen this manual.  Is it something
worth pursuing?

Also, is the task library discussed in:

      The Annotated C++ Reference Manual
      Bjarne Stroustrup & Margaret Ellis
      Addison-Wesley, 1990 ISBN 0-201-51459-1
