Brad, if you can get the job done faster, or better, please step forward and
volunteer to take the job.  I understand the frustration you feel, but give us
a break already.  Getting the meeting arrangementes made, and getting the
changes into the BASIS document are not easy tasks.  This time, Leonard Zettel
did both jobs and he did them as fast and as good as he could.  If you can do
better, please step forward.  If not, complaining about it will not help.
