HELP!!

I desperately need a GOOD fortran compiler for my PC...
I have MS v. 3.1 (or thereabouts), I have Turbo C++
that I am not enjoying, so I would be willing to trade
licenses, or whatever.

I need this ASAP, so please respond (preferably direct via Email)
