There is a 15 page reference document describing it, Icon Project Document 150. The interface is built on top of Xlib. There is no public distribution that includes the X Windows interface at this time. Interested persons may obtain more information from me by electronic mail. I would also enjoy hearing from persons who are working on Icon interfaces to other window systems.
