Has anyone added SNMP primitives to perl via the user subroutine hook
in the later versions?  Perl seems to be a good platform to build
various network gropers and statistics gathering tools.  Marshall Rose
added some SNMP extensions to GAWK which are interesting, but perl
would be my ideal platform.
