I have three questions involving purchasing extra PS font that will
work with EROFF, Elan Corp.'s version of troff.  I have checked locally,
and, while all the stores sell PS fonts, they claim they will not
work with Unix systems.  ("Yes Sir.  Would you like that for the Mac
or for the PC?")

1.  Is this true?

2.  Where can I buy fonts?

3.  I am specifically looking for some fonts for our user manual.  We
    are using the Courier constant width font, and would like to
    get the same in bold, underlined, reversed, etc.  Also, we need
    some compatible box drawing characters so we can print the VT100
    line graphics.
