According to _Scheme and the Art of Programming_ (c1989, by Springer
and Friedman) "[t]he fourth revision [of the Scheme Language Def.] is
expected in 1989."

I have the third revision.  Does the fourth exist?  Can I get it via
Internet (ie: mail/ftp) or should I contact somebody via regular mail
with a check or something?
