I need to filter stuff to: and cc: a mailing list i'm on, and I'm not averse to mutilating the headers of the messages concerned on the way in. is there a hack to allow such filtering? how about using | in .forward to run messages through a script that replaces lines beginning with 'cc:' and containing a regular expression with lines beginning with 'To:' (perhaps at the beginning of the message)? I don't know enough awk/sed to write the script, tho. anyone? Or has this problem been solved already? tips/ptrs really appreciated. thanks, -Robert Merithew AIR Consulting Stanford University
