We are looking for a mail system for our UNIX net that can also talk to PC's
with the minimum amount of problems. We understand that X.400 compatibility
is probably the way to go. Our UNIX environment is Sun SPARC 1+ with 490
servers running SunOS 4.1, MIT X11 Rel 4.0, OSF/Motif V1.1. We would expect to
have to do some work on the user agent to make it Motif compatible. The PC
environment will be either Novell via a gateway into TCP/IP or direct TCP/IP
connections (PC-NFS or other third party TCP implementations). If anyone has
any comments or suggestions on this topic, we would appreciate them.
