Many of our users have complained that mush doesn't have an option
to always automatically cc themselves.  (metoo only includes the
sender if the recipients includes an alias, which includes the
sender.  Berkeley mail documents metoo the same, but in fact seems
to always cc the sender, regardless of any aliases.)  Someone
pointed out using "set record"; eg, "set record=/usr/spool/mail/stanonik".
Does mush lock the record file?  If not, then this method risks
losing mail if new mail arrives coincidently with mush updating
the record file.

Another frequent complaint is that mushtool reply can't be configured
(per user) to be replyall.  Are we overlooking some option?
