The course is centered around Minix. We run it on 386sx's. The textbook for the class is the same textbook you get when you buy the software from P.H. Q: Can you just buy the software and not the book from P.H. (The book cost nearly 50 dollars alone!) I don't need two copies... Q: Can you install Mac Minix with only 30 megs of hard disk space? Also, since I plan to purchase the package anyways, would people who have had *any* experiences with MacMinix please tell me about them? Tell me all you want about your experiences with MacMinix. I'm all ears. Please respond via e-mail since I'd hate to waste *even* more bandwith with novice questions... Thanks! -- jeff wandling internet: n8743196@unicorn.wwu.edu cs ugrad @ western washington university illegitimi non carborundum
