I notice that under OS/2 EE 1.2 there are two formats support for
picture files: met and pif.  I am interested in finding out how one goes
about creating/converting such files.  I am familiar with gif, pcx, bmp,
tif and a few other formats but see no way of converting these to met or
pif, or of creating new met or pif files.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
