A report that presents a tool for machine independent parallel
programming on transputer based multicomputers is available via
ftp from "lut.fi" (128.214.25.8).
 
Report is given as a postscript file. 
File is /reports/parallel/harness.ps 
(there is also a binary compressed version harness.ps.Z) 
 
/reports/README gives help for new users 
( There may be daytime restrictions for non-finnish users.)
