The specific information (on all layers, and in the world) must be in the fields of: - what standardorganizations (incuding defacto standards) are important for decisionmakers in networking (e.g. DARPA, ISO, CCITT, IEEE, ETSI, CEN/CENELEC)? Can you broaden the mentioned list? - what standards (also defacto and the most important factory) are important (now and in future)? One sees sometimes nice overviews. Is there a very good reference to such an overview? - what profiles are used within these standards? - what protocol stacks are being used in countries? I know that I am asking a lot, but what I perhaps only need are some good references to overview articles, books, persons or institutes. Who can help me with this? A summary of the information will be putten on this list. Thanks for your help and all the best, Victor
