In 1984 X.420 Figure 4, part 3, DeliveryInformation is defined as
P3.DeliverEnvelope.  That data structure definition is found in
1984 X.411 Figure 20, part 5.  It can be the delivery information
from when the P3 delivery occurred for that message (the typical case)
or it can be using that data structure definition filling in info
as appropriate by the UA that is doing the forwarding.
