Lines: 28 Here is an example of a net with a subnet: | | 199.99.44.1 199.99.55.1 | ---------------------------------- | | | | | | 199.99.55.* 199.99.66.* 199.99.77.2 | | 199.99.77.* 199.99.44.1 (inside address is 199.99.55.1) is the name server. What if I want to have, say 199.99.77.88, visible by reverse name resolution (address to name mapping)? What is the proper way to set things up? Assuming that I don't really want any other 199.99.77.* hosts to be visible via reverse mapping, except maybe 199.99.77.2 (only if that's necessary). Please E mail replies to ernest@tandem.com.
