Richard,

Darn, events do take a cosmic twist. I assume I can cease my quest
for millisecond pulsars and resume quest of GPS? Reason is my
cesium recently expired and has since been replaced courtesy of
USCG. Now I have to recalibrate the darn thing by watching LORAN-C
for weeks...
