	Two things.... First I am looking for a "resonably" priced
	WWV and unix drivers for this.  Second, I recently started 
	running ntp on a Sun SparcStation 1+ running SunOS 4.1 -
	seems like the Disp. and Offset are really high.  Is there
	a fix to this or patches for SunOS?
