Yes, and then we don't have to buy a $30K rubidium standard to hold the GPS-synchronized clocks when all the satellites are over the horizon. You can tell I'm a real fan. The generals told me (really) they expected 24 satellites, but I understand they will only get 21. On another occasion I will tell you when and why they told me that. Dave
