I want to use fonts other than those supplied with the Andrew distribution.
I set bodyFont to helvetica10 in my preferences file, and everything looks
fine until I go to print.  Bold and italic text does not appear on the print-
out.  The bold, italic, and bold-italic helvetica font files exist.  

Any clues?
