POWER MONGER, the sequel to POPULOUS indeed, is (from what I've heard) THE
game to save yer nickels for. You play against more than one opponent, the
simulation seems more...realistic, and there are economic and other new
options. Looks like a 100% winner so far. I'm waiting (and saving those
nickles)...
