[deleted] You seem to be blaming Commodore for problems regarding the interaction of VD0: (which Commodore didn't write) and Adram 540 (which Commodore didn't make). While I agree that quality control is extremely important, I haven't seen anything that proves that Commodore is responsible for the problems you are raising in this post.
