It's very easy to use. You select from a long list the name of the software you want to copy and it does it. I don't have the time to try all of the different tricks with some of the copy programs out there to get a working copy of my disks. Heck it even copies other copy programs. Fuller has regular updates to the parm list of files it knows how to copy. You just send in your original disk (no matter what version) and $7.50 and they send you the new version. It also has options to let you try your hand at making a copy of programs not in it's parm file list. I've called Fuller a few times with questions and they have been very helpful with questions and seem excited about their product. I like that.
