    I rememeber a while back reading about an Eliza-like program called
"Racter". The reviews said it was rather odd and would whip up strange,
convoluted stories that had a very peculiar flair. By the time I got
around to looking for Racter, it was gone. I don't believe it is still
being made. Does anyone know where I can obtain a copy of Racter?
