Doesn't the PC Transporter create its "partition" as a file on a ProDOS volume?
 Given that, there is no way short of rewriting ProDOS that you can get around
that particular problem.

I'm not sure about creating multiple partitions though. Any limitation like
that would be from the PC Transporter software, not ProDOS.
