Your adventurer will be brought back but with none of the stuff he/she had. You will have to return to the scene of the death inorder to get all their stuff back. Hope that helps. This is a great game isn't it? I took a break from it when I got to level 12, where you have to face monsters that can become invisible. I will get back to it soon, but I needed a break.
