I called Wuztek Wednesday (say that 10 times fast :^) to ask about 
their monitors which show both resolutions.  The Rainbow monitor 
which shows color and mono screens sells for $599 and the Greyscales 
monitor which displays all three resolutions, but in greyscales, 
sells for $349.  Wuztek also makes other products, including an 
adapter to connect a PC-compatible keyboard to your ST, a monitor 
switcher like Monitor Master, and a product to connect your ST to a 
composite monitor like VideoKey.  Here's their address if you want
