So, if such a file is inside a folder, TOS can't delete it and thus it can't delete the folder also. In this case, the Desktop reacts with the (somewhat missleading) errormessage "illegal copy-command" (I hope, that's the msg. of the English TOS, because I only know the German msg., saying: "Illegale Kopieranweisung").
