A few blocks of Atari stock traded yesterday at **1 3/4**.  This is
beginning to look more serious than I thought, as the tech stocks
have been rallying in the last few sessions.  Commodore, Apple, IBM,
Compaq, Sun, etc. have all increased in value since their post-Kuwait
lows.  Draw your own conclusions.
