- A few blocks of Atari stock traded yesterday at **1 3/4**.  This is
- beginning to look more serious than I thought, as the tech stocks 
- have been rallying in the last few sessions.  Commodore, Apple, IBM,
- Compaq, Sun, etc. have all increased in value since their 
- post-Kuwait lows.  Draw your own conclusions.
