While logged on to unix machines from a vaxstation-2000 with LK201 keyboard
(vt-100 term), how do I get an escape key? Is there a special termcap for
this? How is it done for dec machines running ULTRIX (I assume these also use
the LK201 keyboard)?

I appreciate your help very much.
