Does anyone know of, or has anyone already written the analog of the VMS
Exchange utility?  Exchange reads/writes the older (primarily PDP11) DEC
volumes.  The main use is to access volumes and files that are RT11 disk
images.  Although right now I need it for SunOS, any unix flavor source
should be close enough.

Any help or pointers will be truly appreciated!
