These come in packages of 5 or 10, and are rectangular pads, with a flexible plastic handle that covers a breakable vial with fluid. When you squeeze the handle, the vial breaks, and the fluid is dispensed onto the pad, which you then use to rub down the platen. Not sure what the fluid is but I think it is isopropyl-based.
