According to HP, the exchange program on the A model 48SX will
begin January 1st.  That's all they could tell me, the division that will
be handling the returns hasn't been formed yet. (?)
 
HP does not repair 48SX calc., they ship out new ones.  Ofter the case is
sealed, it can't be opened.
