Subject: Downloading from the HP BBS to an internet host

I have only access to the HP BBS through telnet. Is there any way to
download files this way ? I can't find them with ftp.

The only thing that might work is to create a filter program that
writes everything that goes to stdout to both screen and a file.
Both I am not sure how well such an approach will work. Especially
there might be a problem with binary files.

Any suggestions what to do ? I also have access to another BBS on
the internet, and I can't get stuff from there either.
