I also find that I can't start the message server until I add these
two lines to the file /usr/adm/inetd.sec:

spc		allow	127.0.0.1 15.2.208.15 
mserve		allow	127.0.0.1 15.2.208.15


I am '15.2.208.15'.  I have no idea what '127.0.0.1' is about.
