Hi. I`m asking this for a friend. He`s got a 2nd hand Western Digital 
7000 hard disk controller and wants to use it on a Micropolis 1375
disk in a 386 machine. The controller came with no manual. So he doesn`t
know how to configure that thing. When he tried it as it is, he had
problems using the extended functions ( EMS, Cache, disk-slow-down and 
another, that is what he told me) of the 386. We think it`s the configuration
problem. So if any of you netlanders have used such a card, I`d appreciate
you tell me how to do the configuration. Jumper settings, BIOS addresses,
anything would be a help.
