There are two main ones I know of.

The first is Hijaak.  It was the first big player on the market.  It
converts many, many different formats.

I use Hijaak.

Another tool is The Graphics Link Plus.  A "do it better than
Hijaak" product (in other words, Hijaak was there first and this
one wants to take the market).

Both are ~$90 mailorder.
