I'm looking for a little memory resident utility that would allow me 
to use the mouse to cut and paste text within the dos command.com 
shell (and maybe non mouse programs like some text editors).  Maybe it 
would be tied into a backscrolling utility too.  I don't want some big 
program that I have to run.  Is there anything like this out there?
