I'm currently engaged in a project for my software engineering class that
involves digitized sound.  Our group wants to support both 'snd ' resources
and SoundEdit files (i.e. the ones Bruce Tomlin's SoundMaster cdev use).

Are there any XCMD's or XFNC's to play SoundEdit files and the like?  It would
be nice if we could also alter the pitch so we could play notes.  Thanks!
