This is the same price as many local dealers. May I suggest you ask
them why? Perhaps it's time for the University community to look
a little bit more closely at the University of Toronto Computer
Shop's policies. 

You might start by looking at prices for NeXT's for various usable
configurations. 

In any case as this is a Mac group, there are several good dealers
in Toronto that will easily match that price.
