One is for video applications, and has the appropriate 15.75kHz freq. The other is for use with a multiscan or VGA moniter and is 31.5kHz...flicker-free! I'd also like to add that Amax supports the ECS, so you have several choices for screen mode and resolution...640 x 400, 640 x 480, 640 x 960, etc., etc. Get your facts straight...
