Keywords: snd Message-ID: <480@caslon.cs.arizona.edu> Date: 25 Oct 90 20:24:39 GMT Organization: U of Arizona CS Dept, Tucson Lines: 13 Our demo area had the new Macs on display and we all had fun with the sound grabbing capabilty of the MAc IIsi. I noticed that it makes the sounds as a snd resource, so that means we can only use it as a Hypercard or system sound. My question : Is there any program that takes snds and changes them into a format readable by SoundEdit and those cdev like SoundMaster that let you assign sounds to various system tasks? I also like to be able to play my sounds from a DA. On the note of sound playing DA's, does anyone remember that DA that had the choice of 'play them all'? I get tired of playing each one by selecting it.
