Suppose a trap patch wants to know who called it.  It can check CurApName
(or is there a gotcha to that?), and if it is DA Handler, then a DA called
it.  I thought I could just look at the windowKind field of the front
window and use the device control list to look up the driver.  But that
doesn't work with Suitcase II, because its window is of the dialogKind.
