Subject: Need advice re Cheap 2400bd MNP5 modems

I've decided to upgrade, and see two cheap options:

1)  "The teleport" sold by Global Village Communication for $149
	Communicates and gets power via the ADB bus (800 - 736-4821)
	Will send faxes with a $60 extra software package
2)  "SupraModem 2400 plus w/MNP" sold by Programs Plus for $149

I know nothing about either of these modems beyond what I've listed.


I'd love to hear about experiences with them or about pointers to
other cheap modems with MNP.
