Not that I know of, and I'm not sure it's such a hot idea.  We
tried an early version of the Everex/Abaton scanner and it seemed
to work just fine on the NeXT, and they also make a quite good
FAX modem (currently running on a Mac II until we get our 2.0
upgrades).
