Recent discussion on the Net seems to indicate some people think the
NeXTstation won't be upgradeable.

I haven't seen any evidence to support this.  I would imagine, since the
slab is a single board, upgrading would be as simple as swapping the board
when they make an 050 version.  (And NeXT subsequently tearing out the
floppy drive and RAM and re-using them.)

NeXT so far has had what I consider pretty reasonable policies regarding
upgrades.  I highly doubt they'd leave NeXTstation buyers out to hang.
