I've just compiled the GNU Smalltalk on my Next and would like some help.
Specifically, is there an on-line manual for the system?  And, from reading
Goldberg and Robson's Smalltalk-80 I get an idea of the syntax but am
unable to try the examples because I can't seem to find the left arrow
symbol and up arrow symbol used in the text on my keyboard.

Does anyone know of a 'getting started' type document and how to get the
special Smalltalk keys from an ordinary keyboard?
